This page has information about working with Command as a team.
Creating Custom Lead Sources
The KW Command Contacts applet got an upgrade with the newest Teams release and it's one that many Agents have been waiting for. We now have the ability to once again create Custom Lead Sources. Watch this short video to learn how the Rainmaker of a Team can view, sort, search and create Custom Lead Sources.
Finding and Applying Tags Inside of Your Team Account
One of the biggest pieces of feedback from our Team Rainmakers across our Keller Williams Teams was the desire for one common language within KW Command for their entire Team. The Teams roll-out is helping establish that with one set of Contact Tags, Lead Sources, SmartPlans and Custom Fields. Today, we'll talk about Contact Tags and how they impact your Teams. Watch this short video to learn the difference between a Legacy Tag and an active Team Tag and how to Filter by and Apply those tags via Bulk Action.
Setting Your Default KW Command Account
The KW Command Teams integration allows for the KW Agent to toggle back and forth between their Personal Command Account and their Team Command Account. Typically, most Agents will most likely work primarily in one or the other. This short video will show you how to change which one you're automatically logged into in order to make working in Command more efficient for Team Members and Rainmakers alike!
Explore the Two Newest Lead Routes
There are two new Lead Routes now available for Teams to use inside of the KW Command platform. Round Robin makes it easy to be sure that all of your Agents are getting equal chances to convert on the Leads coming into your Team. Assign to Agent makes it easy to automatically Assign specific Leads to an Agent without the need for them to Claim them. Watch this short video to learn more about where to access these Lead Routes and how to build them out.
Contacts View Expanded to 500
One of the most awaited and requested Feature Enhancements for KW Command has finally arrived and that's the ability to view up to 100 or even 500 Contacts at a time. Bulk Actions are now also possible with Contact lists of up to 100 or 500. View the video to learn more!
Building or Editing a Team SmartPlan
Team SmartPlans just got that much smarter in that Keller Williams Agents now have the ability to decide who should be Assigned to each Text, Task or Email inside of their Custom Team SmartPlans. Watch this short video to learn how to choose your Default Assignments and then manage them within a Team SmartPlan.

Team SmartPlans versus Personal SmartPlans
With the new Teams enhancements to the KW Command platform, Agents will now see that their Personal and Team Accounts also apply to SmartPlans. You will now essentially have two Libraries. The first will be your Personal Library and nothing should have changed here other than possibly the Contacts on Personal SmartPlans if they've been moved to the Team Account. The second Library will be your Team SmartPlans and this will start off completely empty. Watch this short video to learn how to add SmartPlans from the full SmartPlan Library. You'll also learn how to move SmartPlans from your Personal Library to your Team Library.
Team Permission Levels
The newest enhancement to KW Command for Teams includes the ability for a Rainmaker to designate specific permission levels for every member of their Team. These levels include Standard, Enhanced and Unlimited. Watch this short video to learn more about how to assign those permission levels and what they will allow users to do once assigned.
Account vs. Ownership vs. Assignment
With the new Teams enhancement to the Keller Williams Command platform, there are three key data points you'll want to know and understand for your Contacts. The first is Account or where does the Contact "live"? This will be important when we begin to discuss things like Team Tags, Lead Sources, SmartPlans and more. The second is Ownership. This essentially dictates in the event of a separate from the Team, which Contacts stay with the Team and which ones go with the Team Member. The third is Assignment and this refers to who can manage the Contact by adding Notes, starting Opportunities and more. We'll also discuss Collaborator in this short video and do a full break down on the three key points!
Understanding your team Account versus Personal Account
The newest enhancement to the KW Command platform happened overnight and the supercharge to the Teams system is now in place. The first thing to learn with regards to this roll-out is the difference between your Team Account and your Personal Account and how to toggle between them. Additionally, in this video we'll dive into your Contacts and how they've now been separated between the two accounts as well. Watch to learn how to find your Contacts and what happens when you search for a Contact that doesn't exist in your selected Account
