Introducing KW Command SmartPlans
The KW Command SmartPlans applet is really the automation engine inside of KW Command. It allows Agents to automate Tasks along with Email and Text based communication. Watch this short video for a brief introduction to SmartPlans and to learn three different ways to add SmartPlans to your personal SmartPlan Library.
Introducing Shared SmartPlan Library
Just one of the many things I love about Keller Williams is our mantra of "Come from Contribution". The KW Command platform just enhanced that mantra through the SmartPlans applet. KW Agents from across the ecosphere now have the ability to create and share SmartPlans with the entire company. Additionally, Agents have the ability to review, rate and add those SmartPlans from other Agents to their own personal SmartPlan libraries for use with their Contacts! From those looking to share their creative content to those who don't want to "recreate the wheel", the Top Rated and What's New features provides solutions for all KW Agents. Watch this short video to learn how to review, rate and add SmartPlans and best practices on publishing your own custom SmartPlans to the shared library.
How To Add a Contact to the Monthly Neighborhood Nurture SmartPlan
There are two easy steps to adding a contact to the Monthly Neighborhood Nurture Smartplans. First you have to add at least one neighborhood to the contact, then you can add them to the SmartPlan, with the click of a button.
Creating a 33 Touch Campaign in Command Using SmartPlans
Gary Keller teaches us in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent (pg. 148) that "for every twelve people in your Met contact database to which you market yourself thirty three times (33 Touch) you can reasonable expect to net two sales." So, what's 33 Touch program? It's a systematic marketing and prospecting technique (pg. 147). KW Command SmartPlans can help you create this technique. Watch this short video to learn more about the Neighborhood Nurture, Quarterly Call and Birthday SmartPlans and how to combine them to create the basis of your 33 Touch program.
MREA Lead Generation SmartPlans: 8x8, Mid-Term and Long-Term Nurture
The KW Command SmartPlan applet allows you to practice exactly what Gary Keller teaches us inside of MREA: Set Up a Database and Feed It (MREA, pg. 142). Today we'll dive into the 8x8, Mid-Term and Long-Term Nurture SmartPlans to discuss how they can be used over time to strengthen the relationship you have with your Contacts. The plans are essential in cementing your name, team & brand in the minds of your Contacts so that when they think Real Estate, they think of YOU! Watch this short video to learn how to find, edit and use each of the three SmartPlans.
Reviewing the Birthday, Home Anniversary and Promote My App SmartPlans
This video covers the final three KWRI created SmartPlans that Agents can use to foster stronger relationships with their Contacts. Both the Birthday and Anniversary SmartPlans are date based and are unique in this sense that they work backwards from the date entered into the Contact record. Watch this short video to learn how they work and some important edits for both the Birthday and Promote My App SmartPlan texts.
Creating a Custom SmartPlan (Part One)
The SmartPlans applet inside of KW Command allows us as KW Agents to create customized touch campaigns that can reach out to our Contacts automatically via text and email and remind us to also reach out via phone, pop-by, handwritten notes and more. Watch this short video to learn more about how to create a Custom SmartPlan.
Creating a Custom SmartPlan (Part Two)
The power to be uber creative and entrepreneurial inside of the KW Command SmartPlans applet is only limited slightly by the tips and rules that govern their creation. Watch this short video to learn about the guidelines that exist with regards to your Tasks, Emails, Texts and Touches inside of your custom built SmartPlan.
Adding, Viewing and Removing Contacts from a SmartPlan
There are three main ways a KW Agent can add one of their Contacts to a SmartPlan and it can be done one at a time or in groups or bulk. Additionally, there may be times after adding Contacts, an Agent will want to view which Contacts have been previously added to which SmartPlans. Finally, there may come a time where an Agent needs to Unsubscribe or remove a Contact from a SmartPlan. Watch this short video to learn how to do Add, View and Remove Contacts from a KW Command SmartPlan.
Publishing or Removing SmartPlans from the Shared Library
At Keller Williams, we believe strongly in "coming from contribution". The SmartPlans library is a great example of that. Watch this short video to learn how you can add a Custom SmartPlan you've created to the Library for other Agents to download and use. You'll also learn how to remove/unpublish SmartPlans from the Library as well as view how many Agents are using your plan and what it's current rating is.
SmartPlan Contact Tag Triggers
The KW Command platform continues to get more and more powerful, especially with it's newest product release: SmartPlan Contact Tag Triggers. Watch this short video to learn how to add a Contact Tag Trigger to a new or previously created SmartPlan. You can even add a Contact Tag Trigger to a SmartPlan you download from our KW Shared Library! You'll also be reminded how easy it is to Bulk Tag your Contacts to easily apply your new SmartPlans to Contacts that should be associated with it.
Using Custom SmartPlans to Track Down Missing Contact Info
Filling in the missing gaps in a Real Estate database can be time consuming and oftentimes overwhelming. Luckily for KW Agents, the KW Command platform offers us a way to leverage custom SmartPlans to help us locate those missing pieces. Watch this short video to learn how to create two very simple, very basis SmartPlans that will automate the follow up process for your Contacts who are missing Emails or Phone Numbers. I'll be sharing these two SmartPlans in the Shared SmartPlan Library or you can easily recreate them using the text below.
Here's the text I sent:
Hey {Contact First Name}, it’s (YOUR NAME) with KW. I hope all is well with you and your family! I was going to just check in via email but realized I have your number but not your email. What's your email? Also, send me your home address and I’ll send you an update on homes that have recently been listed in your neighborhood so you can check out pricing and pictures. If you like the update, I’ll keep sending it monthly. If you don’t, you can always unsubscribe!

Hey {Contact First Name}, It’s (YOUR NAME) with
Keller Williams. I wanted to reach out because I went to text you yesterday and realized although we’ve talked, I must have either never gotten your number or somehow lost it recently. My apologies if that’s the case! So, how have you been? Hope all is well. Let me know if there’s anything you need or any Real Estate questions you may have. Also, if you wouldn’t mind, can you send me your number so I can update my records and can shoot you a text next time? Thanks in advance, have a great rest of the week! (YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE)
