Completing Your Marketing Profile
Your KW Command Marketing Profile is used throughout the KW Command Platform whether you're creating an Agent Site Page, a Landing Page, an Email Design and much more. Filling it out completely and accurately is a big part of laying your groundwork for success as you continue throughout your adoption of the KW Command platform. Connecting Your Applicaitons
Out of the box, Keller Williams Command is an extremely powerful platform. However, KW Agents can enhance it's use by connecting a variety of Applications to it in order to make it even more powerful. Connecting DocuSign to KW Command
The Opportunities applet of KW Command allows KW Agents to manage their transaction documents by connecting their Opportunities directly to DocuSign. This short video will show you how to connect DocuSign to your KW Command platform, how to connect an Opportunity to a DocuSign Room and how to verify details and add Forms to that DocuSign Room.
Setting Up Automated Client Updates
As a Keller Williams Agent, I work extremely hard for my clients. Transparently though, I don't always let my clients know how hard I'm working for them, typically because I'm working too hard to let them know how hard I'm working. If you're like me, you'll love the new KW Command Opportunity Client Updates. This is a recently released feature in our Opportunities applet whereby you can designate specific Checklist Items in your Stage Checklists to automatically send out a pre-templated email on our behalf, at a time you choose, to let your Clients know you've completed one of more of those Stage Checklist Items. Setting Up Marketing Profile & FB/Twilio Connections
The KW Command platform uses the Marketing Profile of Keller Williams' Agents across multiple applets including Designs, Campaigns and Consumer. It's important that this profile be built out completely in order for it to be used when creating Agent Sites, Landing Pages and more. Today, we'll go over that profile and also connect our Facebook Accounts in the Settings menu. Finally, we'll establish an account with Twilio in order to provide automated texts via SmartPlans which we will be building later in the Challenge.
Creating and Scheduling/Publishing a Social Post Campaign
When it comes to Social Media, Keller Williams Agents know it's all about consistency. We also know that when we get busy, it's often the first thing to go. The Campaigns Applet inside of KW Command can make that consistency more consistent by using easily created Designs for Social Post Campaigns that can be scheduled for future posting. Creating and Sending a Direct Mail Campaign to Contacts or Closest Homes
Using Direct Mail as a part of your Keller Williams 36 Touch Campaign can be an effective way of cementing the mindshare of your database and/or farm neighborhood. The KW Command Campaigns applet provides for Direct Mail Campaigns using Default or Custom Templates. Creating a Social Paid Ad for Facebook (Part One)
As Keller Williams Agents, we know that the name of the game is Lead Generation. The more Leads we have, the more Closings we can secure and the bigger our Careers, Lives and Dreams can be. Generating those Leads can be costly depending on the process and source. Facebook has been identified as a great way to create low cost Leads that when nurtured appropriately and consistently can return a great ROI. Even better, KW Agents can use the KW Command Campaigns applet to create ads that will quickly produce low cost leads and bring them automatically to Contacts. In this second of a three part series on creating Facebook Ads through KW Command, KW Agents will leran how to configure their Facebook Ad Settings to determine which FB Business Page they'd like the ad to run on and what they want to happen after the consumer has clicked on the ad. When creating new Leads from the Facebook Ads that we as KW Agents are running inside of Command, it's important to be sure that we have "speed to lead" and clear classification of the Leads. This short video will teach you how to use the Lead Settings configuration inside of the Social Paid Ad Campaigns. You'll learn how to auto-tag your new Leads, immediately fire a SmartPlan for those Leads and if you're on a Team, how to fire a Lead Route.
Twilio is a great 3rd party service that allows you to text your contacts directly and automatically from Command.
Setting Up the Newly Enhanced Twilio Integration
The KW Command platform allows for texting Contacts individually, in bulk or via a SmartPlan all through it's integration with Twilio. Call Forwarding for Your Twilio Number
The Keller Williams Command Platform's integration with Twilio has allowed Agents to send and receive SMS and MMS messages from within KW Command. The newest upgrade to this integration is the ability to have calls to your Twilio number be forwarded to a number of your choice.
