The Keller Williams Command Opportunities applet provides a tab for KW Agents to store, review and submit documents necessary for compliance. This short video will show you how to select a Document Checklist from within that Documents tab. Next it'll show you the various folders that are created when you choose that Checklist group. Finally, we'll discuss the document placeholders included in each checklist.
Advanced Features of the Opportunity Documents Tab
When using the Documents tab inside Opportunities, there may come times when you need to change your Checklist type or even create a new version of the same Checklist type. Additionally, there may be Opportunity documents you'd like to upload and yet they have no placeholder type. Finally, there may be times you'd like to Export one or more Opportunity documents from your Checklist. Entering and Comparing Offers inside Opportunities
Things begin to get exciting when we as Keller Williams Agents have the ability to submit and/or receive offers on behalf of our clients. The KW Command platform makes keep track of those Offers very easy via the Opportunities submenu or applet. Communicating in Opportunities with Team Members or Your Leadership Team
The KW Command platform allows Agents to create, upload and submit documents all within the Opportunities submenu or applet. When in the Documents tab of the Opportunities submenu, Agents and Leadership Team members, now have the ability to message one another about their document folders. Each also has the opportunity to use the @ symbol to "mention" the other in order to ensure that a notification shows up in the KW Command account. This helps draw attention to a specific issue or concern that needs to be addressed. Watch this short video to learn how to leave comments, how to reply to them and how Notifications show up for both Agents and Leadership Team members.
