ZipForm alternative to DocuSign - Provided by Texas Association of Realtors, and can be made to work with Command.
An Introduction to ZipForm
ZipForm is a program that can be used in tandem with DocuSign and Keller Williams Command to make the filling and signing of required Real Estate documents a simpler process. Today we're going to start with the very basics of logging in and creating a folder. From there, we'll add several forms and learn how to fill out the Cover Sheet which begins to populate the rest of our form data.
Linking & Unlinking ZipForm Transactions & DocuSign Rooms
ZipForm's powerful tools have allowed us as Keller Williams Agents to create prefilled templates and template groups. We've loaded those templates into our transaction, filled out all the missing blanks and sent those documents off for signature. Now it's time to find those documents and then bring them into DocuSign so that we can access them via the KW Command platform for future compliance review. Watch this short video to learn how to find your signed documents and then establish the link between your ZipForm transaction and your DocuSign Room. You'll also learn how to unlink a ZipForm transaction and a DocuSign Room in case you accidentally linked the wrong two.
Sending Documents Off for Signatures in ZipForm
Now that we have our documents, it's time we fill them out and get them signed. Watch this short video to learn how to add Parties to a transaction, fill out documents and then prepare them for initials and signatures using DocuSign within the ZipForm platform.
Creating and Using Templates in ZipForm
As Keller Williams Agents, we know that accurate documents are important when it comes to residential Real Estate transactions. We also know that a lot of those blanks on those documents remain the same regardless of who we're working with. Wouldn't it be nice if we didn't have to fill those blanks out every time we brought documents in to one of our document signature programs? Well, I'm glad you asked. Watch this short video to learn how to create multi-document templates that can be prefilled and saved inside of ZipForm. Once created and filled out, I'll show you how you can easily bring those templates into your transactions and cut down dramatically the time you spend filling out the blanks that are consistent every time.
