Keller Williams has partnered with DocuSign to integrate their document management platform with Opportunities in Command.
A DocuSign Room is a secure, digital work space, where we can store documents and get forms signed. We can then pull those forms seamlessly into Command for compliance purposes.
Each DocuSign Room must be created from within an Opportunity in Command, which establishes a secure connection and keeps our data protected.

Create and Connect Your DocuSign Account in Command
The transition towards DocuSign integration within Keller Williams Command took a big step today as KW Agents are being asked to connect their DocuSign accounts within KW Command. This is the first step in the process of KW Agents being able to send, receive, sign and upload documents all from within the KW Command platform. Watch this short video to learn how to walk through the process of connecting DocuSign within KW Command. You'll learn where to find it in the settings, what the email looks like from DocuSign and how to create and approve your DocuSign account within KW Command.

Create A DocuSign Room for an Opportunity

After you create and connect your DocuSign account in Command, you will be able to create Rooms for an Opportunity which will create a secure connection that will allow you to pull forms into Command from DocuSign so you can submit for compliance approval.
Adding Details to a DocuSign Room
When beginning the Documents process in KW Command Opportunities, Agents should consider beginning with Room Details in DocuSign. The more information added to this tab in your DocuSign Room, the higher the likelihood that this information will be auto-populated into the Documents you add to that Room. Watch this short video to learn how to access DocuSign from within an Opportunity. You'll also learn how to choose the Details tab and what it looks like to Edit and Save these details for your DocuSign Room.

1) View Your Opportunity
2) Click on Documents
3) Click on Start Transaction or Go To Transaction

Moving Docs From DotLoop to DocuSign for Use in KW Command

As KW Agents begin their transition from DotLoop (or continue to use DotLoop) into DocuSign (or at minimum Command Opportunities), it's important to know one of the easiest ways to move your Documents from DotLoop into DocuSign for use in KW Command. Watch this short video to learn how to:
1) Access your DocuSign Account
2) Verify or Change Your Inbound Email in Inbox Details
3) Access your DotLoop Account
4) Open a Loop
5) Choose the Documents You Want to Send Over to DS
6) Click on Share
7) Add a Name, Your Inbound Email and a Role
8) Click on Send
9) Watch for the Documents to Show Up in your DocuSign Inbox
10) Choose the Documents and then Click on Move
11) Choose Which Room the Documents Should End up In
You now can go back into your Command Opportunities screen and select the Documents you need for Compliance and easily upload them directly from Docusign.

Envelopes are what we use to send, sign, and complete forms in DocuSign. Envelopes contain important information about the recipient, documents, document fields, and timestamps to track the delivery progress. Oftentimes, as Keller Williams Agents, we receive or scan in large PDF documents that consist of multiple individual documents. The KW Command Opportunities Documents section provides us with place holders for each of the individual documents. An easy way to split these large PDFs into their respective files/file names is to use DocuSign. Watch this short video to learn how to split one of these "megadocs" into separate files with the ability to title each with their own separate name. Once they have been split, they can easily be transferred into the KW Command Opportunities Documents section for use with Compliance.

Void (Cancel) an Envelope in DocuSign

With Docusign, you are able to void or cancel envelopes. This voids any remaining signing activities. You can also void any of your sent envelopes that haven't been completed. You are only able to void envelopes that you sent, shared with you, or that are still in progress. Examples of this are envelopes with a status of either Waiting For Others, Needs to Sign, or Needs to View.
