The eyedropper tool in Designs will help ensure that you maintain that accurate color consistency you're looking for. Then easily change the color of a background, shape or other item to match the color of the original item.
Accessing Designs from iPhone or Android Devices
The KW Command platform offers an extremely powerful tool in the Designs applet. This applet allows you to create print assets, social media designs and much more. However, typically it needs to be access with the KW Command platform via a laptop or desktop computer. Well, that's no longer the case. Watch this short video to learn about the Desygner app, which is WeBrand's mobile version of their editor. You'll see how easy it is to showcase your marketing templates to a potential Seller directly from your phone or tablet. You can also load templates, make edits and download them directly from your device. ** You'll need to first register your account with Desygner using your KW Command login email and password. If you cannot gain access to the app as a KW Agent, click on the reset password button and that should solve the issue.
Creating Kids Listing Agreement Using the Designs PDF Tool
When working with a Seller with young children, we know as Keller Williams Agents that selling a home can be difficult on everyone. Getting "buy-in" from the children involved in the process can be super beneficial for both the parents AND the Agent. In this short video, you will learn how to personalize a Kids Listing Agreement with your Name (and branding if you like) by using the KW Command Designs PDF Tool. This tool will allow you to bring in PDFs into the WeBrand editor tool and then edit the text, images, photos and more. Creating a Coloring Page for Kids Using Designs
If you've ever been on a Listing Appointment with Sellers with young children, you know that it can sometimes be a struggle to maintain a conversation with your potential Clients without interruptions from your potential Future Clients (their kids). Creating a PreListing Packet (Part 1)
The KW Command Designs applet makes it simple and easy to pre-sell yourself by creating a PreListing Presentation that you can send or have delivered prior to your Listing Appointment. The PreListing Presentation includes information about the sales process, your Consumer App, marketing, media and Open House strategies and much more. It'll also allow you to "brag" on yourself by sharing your numbers and client reviews and recommendations.
