Please carefully read the items listed below, as we make the following changes, effective Friday November 20, 2020.

• Leadership will be available at the office or by phone or text as always.
• TRAINING ROOMS ARE CLOSED through the middle of December, potentially for longer.

o All training at the office has been suspended. We are working diligently to provide a great amount of value and content virtually, and you will be receiving NEW daily emails updating you on the day's virtual training calendar as well as links to what was covered on the previous day.

• CONFERENCE ROOMS ARE CLOSED through the middle of December, potentially for longer.

o In being socially responsible, and as suggested by KWRI, it is recommended you utilize Zoom or Google Hangouts your client meetings. Zoom and Google Hangouts are video conferencing technology allowing you to meet with your clients face-to-face via phone or computer cameras.
· We ask that if you do not have an office, please refrain from visiting for extended periods of time.
o Limiting agent traffic and gatherings in the office is the goal. Leadership will be present to receive checks and packages. You are welcome to call and coordinate pickup.
o If you have traveled over the past two weeks and/or feel ill, please practice social responsibility and refrain from coming to the office AT ALL.
· Monitor your social media - both messages from the office and the public messages you send out.
o It is imperative to focus on facts and data in a time like this. Unsubstantiated rumor and opinions in the public setting will continue to reap unrest, and it could cost you business.

• Phase I Market Centers will be operating as usual with precautions. All meetings and trainings are performed virtually, likely through Zoom.
• Phase II Limited Market Center Use to leadership only and no agents in the market center. All meetings and trainings will be performed virtually.
• Phase III All agents and ALL leadership will work remotely and the office will be closed.

We do not anticipate having to utilize Phases II and III, however, we are preparing to do so and to have in place the tools and knowledge to keep the phones answered and the work done!
